Startup Assam was created as a platform for entrepreneurs to connect to Angels and Venture Capitalists, Mentors , Industry experts , Problem Solving Ecosystems where start-ups can get easy access to resources, evolve and co-exist. It organises different Workshops, Programs which would benefit startups on their journey from a garage innovation to a full-fledged organization. It facilitates relations with investors from India and abroad to help start-ups get access to funds. It supports entrepreneurs to solve our problem statement by helping themselves through us, creating a WIN-WIN symbiotic relationship.
Formally launched February 2006 by a group of young Naga professionals, YouthNet aims to create a platform for young people to address issues that affect them. YouthNet is a non-profit organization registered under the Registration of Societies Act 1895 with a mission to help youth acquire knowledge, develop life skills and form attitudes to enable them to become self directing, positive, productive, responsible and contributing members of society through active participation and involvement. Founded in 1993 at Shillong, Meghalaya, Impulse NGO Network is a non-profit human rights organization working towards combating human trafficking in North East India. Besides working against the rampant human trafficking, Impulse is also working towards ensuring equal human rights for all, particularly women and children providing educational and vocational programs to help in the rehabilitation, counseling and employment of trafficked women and children.
